As a result, refunds are limited and are granted only in the circumstances described below.

2. Free Trials and Demos

If a free trial or demo is offered:

  • You are encouraged to evaluate the Service during the trial period.
  • No charges will be applied until the trial ends.
  • Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel before the trial ends.

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if canceled within 15 days of the initial purchase date.
  • After this period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Any refund issued will exclude discounts, promotional pricing, or setup fees (if applicable).

4. Refunds for Service Issues

Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, if:

  • The Service is unavailable for an extended period due to a verified system-wide outage
  • A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs
  • User configuration errors
  • Incompatibility with third-party systems
  • Changes in business needs or usage levels

5. AI Services Disclaimer (Important)

AskAIVault provides AI-assisted features that may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results.

Refunds are not issued based on:

  • Accuracy of AI responses
  • Business outcomes or decisions made using AI outputs
  • Model limitations or hallucinations

Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content.

6. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription:

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless explicitly stated above.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting AskAIVault may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Revocation of access to the Service

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns.

8. Taxes and Fees

Refunds, if issued, will be processed exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., the same Credit Card, Debit Card, or Digital Wallet). Refunds cannot be processed to a different bank account or third-party recipient. Refunds exclude taxes, duties, or third-party processing fees where permitted by law.

Once a refund is approved by AskAIVault, it will be initiated immediately. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 10 working days.
